The Warrants and Civil Division is responsible for serving criminal warrants and civil papers and maintaining the Sheriff's Office link with state and national crime information databases.
The division operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The division also includes a specialized fugitive investigator.
The Warrants and Civil Division is responsible for registering and verifying sex offender movements throughout the county. To search for registered sex offenders by location or name, click on the "Sex Offender Registry" link on the homepage. Additionally, residents may sign up to receive email notifications of registered sex offenders moving into their neighborhood.
